Itinerary on bicycle from Palmanova to El Toro's five-a-side football field car park (15'8 km back and forth). Estimated duration: 1h 20 minutes.
Itinerary on bicycle from Palmanova to Son Ferrer municipal swimming pool (9'8 km round trip). Estimated duration: 1h.
Walking and Nordic Walking itinerary through Palmanova
At 9.30 a.m. initiation to the technique of Nordic walking for beginners. Free loan of walking sticks. Route: 4 km. Estimated duration: 1h 30 minutes.

Exhibition of adapted sports equipment (Handisport)
Circuit to test the "superfour" vehicle, an electric off-road chair that is operated with a simple "joystick" and allows people with reduced mobility to travel on the mountain.
If you do not have a bicycle, you can rent one (over 14 years old).

We will have an exhibition space with information on the European STEVE project of which Calvià is a pilot municipality in the use of electric bicycles, a project focused on tourists and residents for urban and tourist routes. We will also have during the day, with the aim of eliminating disposable plastic containers, a 200-liter mobile water station of CLEAN WAVE.

For the third consecutive year the European Slalom Skateboarding Championship is held in Spain. After two years being held in Madrid, this year slalom returns to Mallorca.
Don't miss the MSGP 2019 (Mallorca Slalom Grand Prix) that is organised together with the Slalom Skateboard Mallorcan Association on 21st and 22nd September at Es Generador Building
We will have more than 70 riders from 11 different nationalities.
The best slalom-category riders in the world will participate in 3 circuits (Straight, Hybrid and GS)

The awareness raising campaign on Posidonia Oceanica organised by the Natural and Urban Environment Service of Calvià Town Hall, with the collaboration of Cruz Roja Islas Baleares, takes place from July to September, and its main objective is to raise awareness and report on the regulations of natural areas and protected species, mainly referring to the Posidonia Oceanica.
It is planned to carry out 26 environmental information and "surveillance" actions on Tuesdays and Fridays in July, August and September from 5 to 7 p.m. in Portals Vells.
As from 2nd July.
The campaign has also provided six environmental education workshops on the beaches of Palmira (Peguera), Santa Ponça, El Toro, Son Maties (Palmanova), Es Carregador (Palmanova) and s'Oratori (Portals Nous). These workshops are aimed at the beaches' visitors. Environmental education workshops have also been offered to summer schools, during the morning, from 10 a.m. to 12 noon. The calendar of workshops is as follows:

The Department of Social Cohesion and Equality of Calvià Town Hall, through the Department of Culture, calls the IV Jornades d'Estudis Locals de Calvià with the aim of promoting scientific knowledge and the dissemination of different social, economic, historical and cultural aspects that make up the past and present of the municipality of Calvià.
Therefore, all researchers, professionals and people interested in local issues are encouraged to submit communications or attend.
