MUNICIPAL TAX OFFICE

The Municipal Tax Office is responsible for administering the property tax (IBI), the business tax (IAE), the tax on mechanically driven vehicles (IVTM), the tax on the increase in value of land of an urban nature (IIVTNU), the tax on construction, installations and works (ICIO), fees and other public-law income specific to the municipality (waste collection fee, sewerage, drivingentrances, etc.) The office will also collect traffic and other administrative fines.

The Office is located in the Municipal Services Centre, in the former Palmanova intermodal bus station on the ctra. Calvià-Palmanova, no. 40 (07181).

Opening hours: The office is open to the public from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. You can make an appointment.

Cash payments cannot be made in this office. Only by bank card. Any telematic procedure can be made through the website www.calvia.com, to which the necessary services will be gradually added, in order to avoid citizens having to travel.
