SFDK, SARATOGA AND LUJURIA MAIN ARTISTS OF THE THIRD EDITION OF THE MUSICALVIÀ FESTIVAL
The winners of the contest will perform as guest artists at the concerts that will be held on 29th and 30th June at ''El Molino'' (windmill) fairgrounds in Sta. Ponça

Calvià Town Hall, together with Trui Espectacles, organises, for the third consecutive year, the MusiCalvià Festival, which in this edition will offer the public more than 12 hours of live music in two days of concert with different styles and with the organization of parallel activities.
The concerts
On Friday 29th June will be the night of Rap, the urban music style par excellence, whose main group will be SFDK, which after twenty years at the top of national rap, its components Óscar and Zatu return with a record which is a turning point in their career, with a new job that enters the number one sales list in the digital spectrum and are also placed in fourth place in physical format with Redención.
On Saturday 30th June, it will be the turn for the great night of Rock with the protagonist band SARATOGA with its great tour '25 años de historia-15 años de una leyenda'. In addition, the LUJURIA group will perform as part of their 'Cuentos en vivo para mayores' tour.
The contest
The groups will give a great live concert at 'El Molino' fairgrounds in Santa Ponça after backing up and sharing the stage with the bands or soloists that have won the MusiCalvià 2018 contest, and whose registration period has been extended until 3rd June.
Young Djs and music groups from the Balearic Islands can participate, performing unpublished themes or versions unregistered in rights management entities, except those free licence or public domain themes/versions. Participants must meet the requirement of not having a contract in force with any record label.
The first selection phase of the band and soloist contest will be made through videoclips and video recorded performances that will be posted on online platforms of the Youth Service for popular voting, and there will be a second selection phase with a qualified jury. Local participants can record their performance in the recording room of the youth building Es Generador.

Parallel activities
In the fairgrounds there will be special areas dedicated to graffiti, since an area with infrastructures will be set up to choose several painters who come from Es Generador, who will make drawings related to the theme of social equality, which will later be drawn amongst all the people attending the great Calvià festival.
Likewise, foodtrucks with different types of food, including vegetarian food, will be set up at the fairgrounds.
The tickets
Tickets will be on sale starting this Friday, at 11 a.m. It will be possible to acquire them on www.mallorcatickets.com, at the Cultural Centres in Calvià and in other points (Discos Oh Palma and Baba Discos in Inca and Manacor).
Calvià citizens will have a special price, both for the tickets and for the Bonuses (Important: to access the venue they must show, along with the entrance ticket, the ID or the residence certificate).
