Minute's silence due to floods
Almost a hundred people, including Calvià Town Hall staff and residents of the municipality, have observed a minute's silence to show their support and condolences to the families and friends of the people who have died or are missing due to the floods that yesterday night badly affected the east of Mallorca. With this symbolic demonstration, Calvià joins the support to all the people affected by the consequences of the heavy rainfall and makes available the resources of both Calvià2000 and Civil Protection of Calvià for the municipalities affected.
