MORE THAN 1,100 PEOPLE PARTICIPATE IN THE VII HIDROBAL SAN SILVESTRE CALVIANERA 2018
-The San Silvestre race with the most people in Mallorca
-Alejandro Forcades and Michelle Flipo win
The seventh edition of the Hidrobal San Silvestre Calvianera took place today 31st December in Magaluf. More than 1,100 runners in the main event and 200 in the children's race have turned the Calvia race into the San Silvestre with the most poeple on the island, for the second year in a row.
The good weather and the great atmosphere have characterized the event. Many runners have participated in their best clothing, encouraged by the costume contest that the call included. This fact has created really funny moments and a very relaxed atmosphere throughout the race.
In sports, the test with a distance of 6.7 km in the Magaluf and Palmanova areas starting and finishing at the Magaluf athletics track, has had some of the most recognized athletes on the island. Finally, Alejandro Forcades in the men's category and Michele Flipo in the women's category won the race.

Women: Alia Ibensadiken (Ferrer Hotels - M3T).
Finally, when crossing the finish line, all participants have recovered their strength with a hot chocolate and 'ensaimada', without a doubt, the best way to recover from the effort having a good time together with the Mallorcan athletic family and toast for a good start in 2019.
