PRIZES OF THE CHRISTMAS DECORATION OF FACADES AND BALCONIES OF CALVIÀ COMPETITION “REGALA CALVIÀ 2022”
The best decorations in the different areas of the municipality have been awarded
This afternoon the prizes for the third Christmas decoration competition for Calvià facades and balconies have been awarded, convened by the Town Hall through the Department of Citizen Participation, and which rewards the best decorations by areas, in addition to special prizes for the best decoration made only with recycled materials and the best balcony or facade decoration in the entire municipality.
The prizes by areas have consisted of a first prize of 300 euros and a second prize of 120 euros, in vouchers from the municipal campaign "Abona't a Calvià", redeemable in participating shops and restaurants in the municipality. For the two special prizes the amount has been 500 euros, also in commercial vouchers.
The “Regala Calvià” awards are agreed with several objectives: to create a Christmas and festive atmosphere in the municipality, foster citizen participation and encourage the creativity of residents in the municipality.
The awards were presented by the mayor, Alfonso Rodríguez Badal, and the deputy mayor for Participation and Youth, Marga Plomer, in an act that was also attended by the deputy mayor and the councillor for Commerce, Marc López and Francisca Muñoz, respectively.

The winners will receive vouchers that can be exchangeable at the municipality's businesses with the amount assigned to the prize received.
