This department is in charge of the planning,management and control of infrastructures, installations and municipal equipment of a new construction.
The actions of this service are based on the strategic municipal planning as far as the needs of new municipal infrastructures or the remodelation of the existing ones, that require the drawing up and the execution of certain projects.
