Apply for the transfer of funeral rights during the life of the titleholder
Procedure:
By request of the interested party or their legal representative enclosing the relative information to the Department of Urban Services. Subsequently a report will be sent to the Mayor's office, if authorized the transfer will be passed by Decree.

Documents to present:
-Expressed wish of the titleholder to transfer the funeral rights
- ID of the new titleholder or cotitleholders.
- Necessary documentation to verify the grade of relationship to the previous titleholder.
This transfer (inter vivos) can only be done until the fourth grade of kinship and to second for blood relationship.
