Calvià City Council's citizen service services reopen in-person service to only handle "essential" procedures that cannot be processed online.

We remind you that the Calvià City Council has made alternative channels available to citizens to carry out their procedures (telematic, telephone and social networks), and LEGAL PERSONS (companies, entities) must submit the documents to the Registry ONLY electronically.

Attention will be provided by PRIOR APPOINTMENT, as a preventive measure against coronavirus, to reduce the number of people who come to the offices, reducing waiting times in common areas. In this phase, the public service services that will be provided in the offices will only be those that, in addition to being considered essential, are those that can be served due to the volume of public influx at the current health moment.

We inform you that:
- The attention will be individual, 1 at a time, except dependent people, people who require a translator or adults with minors in their care (as long as it is not avoidable for them to come accompanied).
- You must come equipped with a mask.
- Hydroalcoholic gel will be provided for hand disinfection before being treated.
- To guarantee safety distance in the waiting room, access to the building will be controlled. If necessary, people may have to wait outside the building. For this reason, maximum punctuality is requested.
- Interpersonal distances of 2 meters must be maintained at all times and the indicated circulation routes inside the buildings must be respected.
