AA.VV El Toro 2019

Thursday 8th August

5 p.m.: Petanque championship (petanque court next to the church). Registration on the same day from 5 p.m. at the petanque courts
5 p.m.: Ping-pong championship (Plaça Migdia). Registration on the same day from 5 p.m. at Plaça Migdia. Presentation of trophies and medals at the end of the championship
6.30 p.m.: 5-a-side football championship (+13 years) (in front of Plaça Europa). Registration on the same day from 6.30 p.m. at the pitch


Friday 9th August

5 p.m.: Children's afternoon (Plaça Europa)
- Various activities, children's entertainment
- First aid practical class by Civil Protection of Calvià
- Sack race, water cards (wearing a swimsuit is recommended)
- Ring race with bicycle from 8 to 14 years (maximum participation 20 people, participation according to the order of registration)


Saturday 10th August

7 p.m.: Parade with the children of the residential area. Departure from El Toro cultural centre at Plaça Migdia 3, Avda. del Mar and Gran Vía, arrival at Plaça d'Europa. 'Correbous' (running of the bulls) with El Toro pets (we recommend wearing white clothes and red handkerchief)
8.30 p.m.: Greetings from councillor Marcos Pecos and president Paco Más with the festivities announcement. Free 'tremponada' (salad) while stocks last (bar and grill service)
9.30 p.m.: Musical performance (Plaça d'Europa) Jaume Sureda and Blau de Blaus
10.30 p.m..: Party 'Canción del verano' (Plaça d'Europa)

Sunday 11th August

11 a.m.: Gymkhana. Gathering at Plaça d'Europa. (Registration on 1st, 2nd, 3rd August from 5 to 6 p.m. at the Neighbourhood Association)
5 p.m.: Paint your drawing
6.30 p.m.: Water afternoon

Monday 12th August

8.30 p.m.: Dinner in homage of the Senior Citizens of El Toro (Plaça d'Europa) Over 65 years and couple, living in El Toro
Registration on 1st , 2nd and 3rd August from 5 to 6 p.m. at the Neighbourhood Association premises. The tables of this event will be numbered. Inform of group reservations at the time of registration.
Musical performance. Dance night for Senior Citizens (Plaça d'Europa)


Tuesday 13th August

7 p.m.: Master Zumba (Plaça d'Europa)
8.30 p.m.: Children's foam party (Plaça d'Europa)
10 p.m.: Adult's foam party (Plaça d'Europa)

Wednesday 14th August

10 p.m.: Great party: Juan Campos (white party) DJ Juan Campos + DJ Txema Sánchez + Animación Tormenta (Plaça d'Europa) Music of the 70s, 80s, 90s and current hits


Thursday 15th August

11 a.m.: Cycling tour (gathering at Can Pulga bar). Departure from El Toro from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Children's route: to Son Ferrer picnic area
Adults' route: to Sa Porrassa plant nursery
(Helmet must be worn). There will be delivery of T-shirts at the departure. At the end snack and medal delivery
7 p.m.: Mass in the parish church
Floral tribute to the Virgin of El Toro, looking forward to having the collaboration of all the neighbours.
Procession from the church to Plaça d'Europa. Snack (for those attendees willing to contribute with sweet or savoury, they can deposit it in the parish church)
9.30 p.m.: The stars of El Toro return
