At 5.30 p.m. initiation to the Nordic walking technique for beginners. March start at 6 p.m. Meeting point: Bendinat municipal swimming pool. Prior registration and limited places. Free loan of walking sticks. Route: 4 km. Estimated duration: 1 h 30 min.

Excursion to the Galatzó public estate. From 9.30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Circular route from Sa Vinya to Es Tramuntanal. Meeting point: Galatzó public estate parking. Prior registration and limited places.

Areas closed to vehicle traffic. Sunday 20th September from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Wednesday 22nd September, Car Free Day, during the afternoon with the aim that this space can be used by citizens, on foot or with human-powered vehicles. Likewise, the prohibition of parking on this section of the road.
