On the occasion of the celebration of the Chinese New Year, a Chinese cooking workshop is proposed. In this 2-hour session, participants will learn how to prepare a four-course menu typical of Chinese cuisine. Taught by Eat Vacuum Cooking. Includes ingredients, kitchen equipment and kitchen tools. At the end of the session they will be able to taste their own elaborations. The IES Calvià collaborates by opening its doors and giving its kitchens to carry out this activity. If you are between 12 and 30 years old, you are from the municipality of Calvià, and you want to start and/or learn another cooking class, don't think twice and sign up!
