In this edition, 44 establishments from the municipality are participating, offering a complete menu at popular prices (14, 16 or 18€). In addition to the main menu, several restaurants also offer alternative vegetarian or gluten-free menus. Some also have children's menus at 5€.

Although many of the participating establishments are already "veterans" of the Mostra from previous years, there are new additions to the event that will offer their best preparations and specialties to the clientele. Booking in advance is recommended.

-Fifteen restaurants from Palmanova, Magaluf and Sol de Mallorca participate on Friday 8th April
-Fourteen restaurants from Santa Ponça, Costa de la Calma and Son Bugadelles participate on Friday 15th April
-Ten restaurants from Peguera, Cala Fornells, Calvià, el Toro and Son Ferrer participate on Friday 22nd April
-Five restaurants from Cas Català, Illetes, Bendinat, Son Caliu and Portals Nous participate on Friday 29th April
