• The events organised by the Town Hall and neighbourhood associations in the different population centres make up a festive calendar that unites tradition, celebration and citizen participation

Calvià municipality faithfully complies with tradition and begins the municipal festive calendar of 2026 by focusing on the Sant Antoni and Sant Sebastià celebrations. True to its history and culture, the municipality once again demonstrates its vitality through a wide selection of bonfires spread across the different population centres, bringing the festivities, music, and fire to every corner of Calvià, thus facilitating citizen participation. 

This year, Calvià will have a total of 15 bonfires in honour of Sant Antoni and Sant Sebastià spread throughout the municipality, in addition to the traditional blessing of animals of Calvià village, all thanks to the support of neighbourhood associations and the Town Hall. Thanks to this joint effort, these festivities preserve Calvià's cultural heritage while fostering social cohesion and community spirit around each bonfire. 

To enable residents, along with friends and family, to join in the celebrations and find the nearest event, all the activities scheduled for these days can be found in the municipal website's Agenda. 

Sant Antoni and Sant Sebastià events in Calvià: 

10th January - Sant Antoni and Sant Sebastià Bonfire 2026. Organised by the Apolo XI Neighbourhood Association (Costa d'en Blanes). Apolo XI building, starting at 8:00 p.m.

16th January - Son Ferrer Bonfires 2026. Organised by the Son Ferrer Neighbourhood and Cultural Association. On Ocell del Paradís St. (opposite the school), starting at 5:00 p.m. 

16th January - Palmanova Bonfire 2026. Organised by the local councillor. Next to Cayuco bar from 6 p.m. 

16th January - Sant Antoni Bonfire 2026. Organised by the Palmanova Cultural Association. Miguel de los Santos Oliver St. (next to Bar Bolero) from 6 p.m. 

16th January - Sant Antoni Festivities 2026. Organised by the Portals and Bendinat Neighbourhood Association. In Portals square from 6 p.m. 

17th January - Torrenova Bonfire 2026. Organised by the local councillor. 22 Punta Ballena St. (in front of The Three Lions Bar) from 12 p.m. 

17th January - Cala Vinyes Bonfire 2026. Organised by the Bahía de Palma and Cala Vinyes Neighbourhood Association. Cala Vinyes Beach from 4 pm. 

17th January - Children's Fire Run and Batucada (drums performance) - Sant Antoni Festival 2026. Organised by the Galatzó Neighbourhood Association. Francisca Revert square starting at 3 p.m. 

17th January - Sant Antoni Festivities 2026. Organised by the 5 y 6 Neighbourhood Association of Son Caliu. Plaza Nova de Son Caliu starting at 5 p.m. 

17th January - Sant Sebastià Festivity 2026. Organised by the Associació d'amics i veïns de Calvià Vila. Church square starting at 7 p.m. 

17th January - Sant Antoni Festival in El Toro 2026. Organised by El Toro Neighbourhood Association. Plaza Europa starting at 5 p.m. 

18th January - Beneïdes de Sant Antoni 2026 (Blessing of the animals). Organised by Associació d'amics i veïns de Calvià vila. Town Hall's car park starting at 10:30 a.m. 

19th January - Sant Sebastià 2026. Organised by Associació Es Capdellà en Festes. Plaza Sa Vinya square starting at 6 p.m. 

23rd January - Sant Sebastià Festival in Magaluf 2026. Organised by the area councillor. Blanc St. from Góngora St. to Las Palmeras Avenue from 6 p.m. 

23rd January -Santa Ponça bonfire 2026 (Santa Ponça sports centre, space in front of the bar). Organised by the area councillor.  From 5 p.m. to 12 a.m.

24th January - Sant Sebastià bonfires. Organised by Amig@s de Paguera y Cala Fornells. Plaza Matilde Warning square starting at 7 p.m. 

24th January - Cas Català / Illetes bonfire 2026. Organised by the area councillor. Plaça Conquesta square starting at 6 p.m. 

25th January - Sant Antoni 2026. Organised by Associació veïnats i amics de Palmanova. Time and location to be confirmed.
