Calvià Town Hall, through its Family and Equality Service, is launching a new project called "Women's Life Cycle," a series of conferences and workshops designed to address women's comprehensive health from a psychological and gender perspective. 

The main objective of the initiative is to offer spaces for learning, reflection, and support through talks and practical activities, addressing topics related to the growth and changes that women experience at different stages of their lives. The series, aimed at girls and women in the municipality, will be taught entirely by women. 

The series will begin with an initial conference entitled "Identitat, emocions i autoestima a la pubertat" (Identity, emotions, and self-esteem in puberty). Led by Teresa Ramos, a renowned humanist sexologist and social educator, the event will take place on Saturday, February 21st, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM in the Sala Palmanova. 

The project, intended to be ongoing, is structured around a monthly lecture during February, March, April, and May, culminating in June with a special intergenerational activity. The conferences will cover various topics:

• Childhood and adolescence: Menstruation, socialisation, and digital identity management will be discussed. 
• Pregnancy and postpartum: Emotional changes, mental load, feelings of guilt, and identifying postpartum depression will be explored in depth. 
• Work life and personal growth: Current issues such as work-life balance, entrepreneurship, imposter syndrome, and work sorority will be discussed. 
• Menopause and climacteric: The focus will be on the emotional impact, active sexuality, social invisibility, and active aging. 

To close the series, a creative workshop will be held in June, conceived as an intergenerational activity where participants can freely represent a stage of each woman's life or whatever they wish to convey about women.
