• The event will run until 3rd May, expanding its offerings from Thursday evening
• The gastronomic event includes 15 new establishments participating for the first time
• The initiative aims to reduce seasonality and showcase the excellent cuisine of Calvià's restaurants

The spring edition of La Mostra Calvià gastronomic event, a well-established event for residents and visitors, has begun and will be held this year from 9th April ​​to 3rd May. The Fundación Calvià 365 organises the event in collaboration with Calvià Town Hall. 

This year, La Mostra features the participation of 58 restaurants in total, 15 of which are joining the initiative for the first time. The aim of La Mostra Calvià is to showcase the high-quality gastronomic offerings produced in Calvià and to give greater visibility to the participating restaurants in the municipality, revitalising the different areas of the municipality at the beginning and end of the tourist season. 

New this year, to make it easier for more people to enjoy La Mostra, restaurants will offer their creations from Thursday evening until Sunday, available during all times the establishments are open. 

Affordability, with culinary offerings at attractive prices, is another key aspect of La Mostra. The menus will cost between 16€ and 30€, guaranteeing that no option will exceed this maximum. 

As is tradition, the event will tour the municipality, divided into four areas over four consecutive weekends:

• April 9-12: Santa Ponça and Costa de la Calma 

• April 16-19: Peguera, Cala Fornells, Son Ferrer, Calvià, and Es Capdellà

• April 23-26: Palmanova and Magaluf 

• April 30-May 3: El Toro, Portals Nous, and Son Caliu.
