Led by Llorenç Payeras, an agricultural engineer and expert in local fruit varieties of Mallorca.
This is a highly practical course where participants will learn the principles of the "llepolia" fruit tree grafting technique, tree preparation, grafting, and subsequent maintenance. Varieties such as azarole, quince, and white myrtle, amongst others, will be grafted following organic farming practices.
The course takes place outdoors. Please wear appropriate clothing and gloves, and if possible, bring pruning shears and tools. Vehicle access is restricted. Participants must meet at the designated point at 9:30 a.m. for each session.
