In this edition there take part 47 restaurants that, divided by zones, will offer, to the midday and in the night, a menu which price has been fixed depending on the number of holders
On each of the last four Fridays of April (beginning on 9th), a demonstration of "cuisine" will be held in a different area of Calvià. In total, 47 restaurants are participating: 14 in Santa Ponça, Son Bugadelles and El Toro, on Friday, 9th April ; 8 in Peguera, Cala Fornells and Calvià village (Friday, 16th April) ; 6 en Cas Català, Bendinat and Portals Nous (Friday, 23rd April) and 19 in Son Caliu, Palmanova and Magaluf (Friday, 30th April).
The price of the menu offered by the restaurants (which will be the same for lunch and dinner), has been fixed as per the number of forks they have been classified with. Restaurants with one fork will offer a full and varied menu for seven euros; restaurants with two forks have a menu at 10 euros and, finally, the charge will be 15 euros for menus at the restaurants with three forks.
The restaurants participating in the Cuisine Demonstration (Mostra de Cuines) in Santa Ponça, Son Bugadelles and El Toro are: La Brasa, President, El Amarre Gallego, Paquinton, Egoista, Lucente Italia, Fernando's Utopía; Gran Buffet s. XXI; Sapori di Sicilia; Vino del Mar; Mesón del Mar; Gala; Trattoria il Carpaccio and El Faro del Toro.
Those in Peguera, Cala Fornells and Calvià village are: Es Fasset, Maloga, Casa Luis Bodega, Ca na Cucó; La Gritta; Cupidor; Mar de Fondo and La Gran Tortuga.
In Cas Català, Bendinat and Portals they are: Chameli's; s'Olivera de Bendinat; Luis Restaurante; Es Romaní (H. Lindner); Real de Vellón and San Remo.
And in Palmanova, Son Caliu and Magaluf they are: Polideportivo municipal de Magaluf; El Maquito; Ciro's; Cantó; The house of katmandú; Guillermo Vilas Restaurante Grill; Saffron Desi; Mesón Son Caliu; Casino de Mallorca; Pardo's; Son Matias Garden; El Salmón; Sopranos; Ses Forquetes; Sakana; Tabú; Las Palmeras; Pineda and Modigliani.
