Under the theme, "Difficult times, new solutions", the III Quality Institutional Forum meeting made up with 14 public institutions in between them , the Calvià Town Hall, has been officially announced for the 9^th and 10^th November at the Jovellanos building at the Balearic Islands University

The meeting consists of the awards for the good management official announcement, in which the presentation of a poster with a brief summary of the good management; the public defense of mentioned poster in front of a jury and experts in the matter and the descriptive card of the good practice, will be assessed , and in conferences and negotiating tables where they will analyse the challenges which have to be faced in times of economic recession.

There will be three prize categories to which any public organization on the Balearic Islands can stand for and all public employee or expert in public management will be able to attend the conferences as long as they have been registered in the specified period.The places are limited, so they will be given by strict register order.

Therefore, the exhibition of the posters and the defense of the best practices, going in for the prizes will take place on the 9^th, from 16.30 until 20 hours, whereas the meeting which will hold 6 work groups in parallel, will take place on the 10^th : leadership, strategy, people, resources and partnerships, process and results. Conclusions will be presented in the afternoon.

Soon, applications to register will be published (at the Forum web) to either attend the prizes or participate at the negotiating tables.
