The streets bare the names of Adolfo Colomar Schopke and Toni Munar Cerdà, both pioneers, within the tourist sector of this area
The Mayor of Calvià, Carlos Delgado and the Deputy Mayor and Councillor for Peguera, Cristina de León, inaugurated, this morning, two streets in Peguera, with the names of Adolfo Colomar Schopke and Toni Munar Cerdà, both pioneers, in their time, within the tourist sector of this area.
Mentioned streets go from Es Capdellà road to Talaia St and from Llum St to the Talaia St junction with Adolfo Colomar, respectively.
The designation of both streets was agreed at the plenary session, requested by the Peguera-Cala Fornells Residents Association. Also the names of another two streets in Peguera, such as Voramar and Siurell, were approved in mentioned plenary.
The name plates of both streets were uncovered at the ceremony, which counted with the attendance of neighbours, hoteliers, the Peguera Women´s Association, as well as with Adolfo Colomar and Toni Munar´s relatives.
