The Town Hall has started a pioneer application which enables the suppliers to consult, in real time, through this web, the state of their invoices

The Calvià Town Hall, within its wish of approaching the administration to the citizens and within its project in the administrative management´s modernization with the electronic administration, has started an application which enables the suppliers to consult and follow-up the state of their invoices.

After the start of the economic process procedure with a digital signature, last year, which allows to process and  sign  invoices with an electronic signature, the Town Hall gives one more step forward and allows that the consult of the state of the suppliers invoices is totally transparent for them, by consulting them through this web page with the corresponding electronic certificate. The Calvià Town Hall becomes the only Administration on the Balearic Islands, giving availability to this application.

This system allows the Town Hall´s suppliers, through their access with their digital signature, to know on line and in real time the situation and the state of their invoice within the administrative process, which develops an improvement in the process, the administrative management and the treatment of the economic information which its security is guaranteed and at the same time guarantees the privacy and transparency of all processed economic information. 

With this new system, more efficiency and productivity is achieved by simplifying the administrative processes, saving paper, cost of telephone, mechanizing procedures, saving time and the inconvenience of waiting for the telephone assistance as well as more security, guaranteeing both, the transparency and confidentiality of all the economic documentation.The Town Hall´s aim, is to always help the citizens and become a reference for the rest of public and private institutions in order to, also, adopt this new project of consult and access, achieving therefore, an improvement of the service offered to the citizens.

This project has been started thanks to the work carried out, jointly, by both municipal departments, Information Technology and Economic Services.
