The Calvià Town Hall´s plennary hall was the setting chosen for the presentation of the 'Costa de Calvià Rallysprint ', which counts with the collaboration of the Calvià Town Hall.
The Calvià Town Hall´s plennary hall was the setting chosen by the Slick Quemado Car Race Club for the presentation of the 'Costa de Calvià Rallysprint', which counts with the collaboration of the Calvià Town Hall and which will be held this forthcoming Saturday 23rd July. The fairground Molino de Calvià will be the center of technical assistance.
The Deputy Mayor and Councillor for Sports, Enrique Ortega, highlighted the Calvià Town Hall´s bet on sport and also emphasized the importance of having a transverse Fairground, capable of housing all kind of events.
On his side, the director of the race, Ramón Cádiz, showed his satisfaction for the Calvià Town Hall´s good disposal fostering the car race meeting and putting at disposal of said meeting, the Fairground Molino de Calvià, which will be the main center.
The race, which counts with greater participation with regards to the last years with 37 cars, is the Rally´s Regional championship´s second meeting and in which two special race records will be included: Coll de Sa Creu- Coll d´en Tords and Coll de Sa Creu-Calvià.
The Molino de Calvià Fairground will be the Rally´s starting and ending point, apart from being the center of technical assistance. Together with the competition, an exhibition of restored cars (tuning) will be shown and there will be good musical atmosphere.
