Dozens of tourists took part in the first conference on reforestation, which took place in the area affected by the fire which burnt an important pine forest of Peguera. The activity, organized by the Calvià Town Hall through the Environment Department and the Calvià for the Climate office, has counted with collaboration of the Hotel Associations of Palmanova and Magaluf, Peguera and Hotelbeds and will continue with the participation of the pupils of both Institutes, Son Ferrer and Bendinat, and also with the Peguera´s Xaloc Public School pupils, until the forthcoming 16th December.
