The Calvià Town Hall has started a new system of issuing residential certificates, which in accordance with the Royal Decree 1316/2001, will allow to all the citizens of our municipality, to obtain the travelling certificates of all the people living in the same address, quicker and with no need to go to the municipal office. You will freely receive the certificates by mail.

In order to provide security and legal validity to internet communications, to consult personal information and to carry out formalities, the user´s identity credentials is required.
Therefore, in order to access to the certificate on line, as well as to other functions in our municipal web, such as the Citizens Folder/Register, you will need one of the following user´s certificates:
Electronic ID.
The National Mint (Fábrica Nacional de Moneda y Timbre FNMT) certificate.
How to obtain the user´s certificate?
To obtain the electronic ID consult the following address: http://www.dnielectronico.es/
The National Mint certificate is requested through internet at the National Factory of Currency and Stamps - Royal Mint (Real Casa de la Moneda RCM)- (http://www.cert.fnmt.es/). In order to identify oneself, the requester should physically present himself with the ID to one of the Register Offices designated by the FNMT, in which the Calvià Town Hall is amongst them. It is totally free of charge. Once the witnessed register has been done, you can then download your certificate by internet.
What is the user´s certificate for?

How to do it?
You only have to FREELY obtain an electronic certificate issued by the FNMT-RCM. An Internet user having installed his electronic certificate in the browser can carry out all kind of formalities guaranteeing his real identity.
Also, you will be able to sign electronic forms and documents electronically with the same legal validity as if you signed the same document on paper in person.
