The Minorcan Victoria Ruiz won the women's category in a race which counted with more than 900 participants in all categories.

Rafael Ángel García of the C.A Inca won yesterday the 30th Magaluf International Marathon in a time of 2 hours, 39 minutes and 18 seconds while the Minorcan Victoria Ruiz won the women's category in a time of 3 hours, 40 minutes and 10 seconds.

Rachid Ibensadiken and Tolo Fiol arrived in second and third place with a time of 2 hours 40 minutes and 31 seconds and 2 hours 42 minutes and 16 seconds, respectively. In the women's category, Inmaculada Revert crossed the finishing line in second place with a time of 3 hours, 41 minutes and 6 seconds while the third place was for Claudia Von Bronk with a time of 3 hours, 49 minutes and 36 seconds.

Eliseo Martín, current silver medal in the Spanish Marathon Championship, won the Half-Marathon taking for the almost 21-kilometre race a time of 1 hour, 6 minutes and 7 seconds. After him crossed the finishing line the athlete of the ADA Calvià Rafael Quintana and Manuel González, whom completed the podium. Beatriz Molina of the ADA Marathon of Madrid won the women's category crossing the finishing line before Victoria Carter and Carmen Caro.

In the 10-kilometre race the triumph was for Carlos Martín of the CA Inca with a time of 33 minutes and 35 seconds in the men's category while for the women's category the triumph was for María Ramis of Bikila with a time of 38 minutes and 52 seconds.

The 30th edition of the Magaluf International Marathon counted with the presence of more than 900 participants in all the modalities with a circuit approved by the Real Federación Española de Atletismo.
