The work which publishes the artistic patrimony of the municipality arised from the Calvià Awards (1971-1982) can be visited from 23rd April until 12th June at the Town Hall's exhibition room

Exhibition to spread and make public the artistic patrimony of Calvià, and which we will frame within Book's Day 2015. We will enjoy of 10 of the works which arise from the Calvià awards (1971-1982) -specifically the winners of each edition: José Manuel Alcón, Joan Covas, Jaume Fedelich, Xavier Grau, Mateu Llobera, Antoni Riera Nadal, Bernat Sanjuan, Ángel Sanmartín and Antoni Rovira. Said works will be accompanied by poems of authors of the Balearic Islands which, because of their content or context, have some relation with the work which they accompany.

Thus, we will find a selection of poems by Josep Lluís Aguiló, Antonina Canyelles, Blai Bonet, Gabriel Florit i Ferrer, Damià Huguet, Miquel López Crespí, Pere Joan Martorell, Miquel Àngel Riera, Antoni Vidal Ferrando and Marià Villangómez i Llobet. With the special collaboration of the Calvian poet Jaume Vicens.
