The councillor special delegate for the Citizen Participation Service, Fernando Alcaraz, held a meeting with the coordinators of each area of the municipality to expedite the actions of these agents whose task is to gather, first hand, the concerns and necessities of the citizens and forward them to the municipal responsibles.

For the councillor it has been a profitable meeting which will benefit the Calvià citizens as an active communication channel has been opened amongst the coordinators, the councillors responsible for Participation and the councillors of each area.

The commitment is to meet every Tuesday to give answers the most agile possible towards the requests of the citizens, and to have a direct channel of communication amongst the citizens, the coordinators and the political responsibles.
