The Foreign Citizens Dept. at the Town Hall, in collaboration with the "IFOC" (Institute for Training & Employment) has opened the pre inscription period, until 15th October, for "TTC" - TEA TIME CHAT, where conversation groups (English/Spanish & German/Spanish) get together in various areas for, as the name suggests, "tea & a chat" beginning in November.
