THE CALVIÀ TOWN HALL WILL DISTRIBUTE 10.000 MAGAZINES AND 15.000 INFORMATIVE LEAFLETS TO THE RESIDENTS ON THE OCCASION OF THE CHALLENGE PAGUERA 2015

 

The magazine also includes all the service information regarding the Triathlon which will be held on 17th October

 

On the forthcoming 17th October, Calvià will hold one of the most outstanding events of the European sports calendar: the Challenge Paguera, which this year will count on the participation of the world runner-up Mario Mola. After a successful campaign, the Majorcan sportsman will conclude the season in his own country.

 

With the aim of providing the maximum information of the event, aboveall, with regards to road closures, alternative roads, timetable, etc to the citizenship, the Calvià Town Hall's Department of Sports has published a magazine for the residents which will be distributed in Peguera, Calvià Village and Es Capdellà, and by the areas of Magaluf, Palmanova and Santa Ponça which will be affected by the triathlon. Specifically, the Town Hall will distribute 10.000 magazines and 15.000 leaflets which include in a reduced format the information with regards specifically to traffic, parking and parallel activities.

 

The magazine's content includes the different routes of the race, the streets which will remain closed during the sport event, as well as the alternative routes. It also informs of the activities to be undertaken on the occasion of the triathlon, as well as of curiosities and other information of interest. Furthermore, a reduced version has been prepared for the rest of areas of the municipality, in which is offered all the service information about the race.
