The Town Hall and the unions have signed the professional career and the recuperation of the 2012 extra pay agreement
THE TOWN HALL AND THE UNIONS HAVE SIGNED THE PROFESSIONAL CAREER AND THE RECUPERATION OF THE 2012 EXTRA PAY AGREEMENT
The General Table of Negotiation agrees a calendar to recuperate the cuttings suffered in the last years
The Calvià Town Hall and the unions with representation in the General Table of Negotiation of Calvià Town Hall have signed this morning the agreement through which are approved the terms and conditions for the reactivation of the Town Hall's employees professional career, and link this reactivation to the payment calendar of the extra pay which was postponed in the month of December 2012.
The agreement sets that the payment of the professional career will be received in the quantity corresponding to the career level or degree (Official Bulletin of the Balearic Islands BOIB number 70, of May 2015), according to the following calendar:

The 25% with economic effects on 1st July 2016

The 50% with economic effects on 1st July 2017

The 75% with economic effects on 1st July 2018

The 100% with economic effects on 1st July 2019
The personnel (civil servants and permanent workers) to be retired in the forthcoming 3 years, will start the computation in the moth of January 2016, instead of in the month of June, and will get paid the 33% in 2016, the 66% in 2017 and the 100% in 2018.
The Calvià Town Hall commits to negotiate with the unions their own professional career model if the CAIB does not regulate one.
With regards to the recuperation of the part which was not paid of the 2012 extra pay, it will follow the calendar below:

A 50% of the remaining will be paid in the month of May 2016

A 50% of the remaining will be paid in the month of May 2017
Nevertheless, if the Calvià Town Hall's financial, economic and budgetary situation allows it, it will be paid before the month of May.
