The Mayor of Calvià, Alfonso Rodríguez Badal, and the Deputy Mayor responsible for the area of Peguera, Juan Cuadros, visited the resident Isabel Servera Riera in her 100th anniversary.

Isabel was born on 28th January 1916. The government team wanted to congratulate her on such an important date, therefore the Mayor gave her a bouquet of flowers on behalf of the consistory.

Isabel, who was surrounded by her family, said that she is in good health and joked about the many things she had seen throughout her life. She said that she loves playing cards with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and demonstrates that she is up to date as she stressed that she reads the newspaper every day.
