AMIPAS' DAY CALVIÀ 2016 AT THE CEIP SON CALIU

The meeting which will be closed by the Mayor of Calvià aims to boost the exchange of initiatives and proposals

 
The Calvià Town Hall, through the Institut Municipal d'Eduació i Biblioteques (IMEB, Municipal Institute of Education and Libraries), has organised a conference with the Association of Parents of Students, AMIPA, on 12th and 13th February at the CEIP Son Caliu.

The purpose of this meeting is to encourage relationships for the search of common objectives with the AMIPAS of Calvià, and promote the exchange of proposals, ideas and initiatives of the representatives of parents of the educational centres of Calvià.

The conference will begin this forthcoming Friday at 4 p.m. with the welcome of the president of the IMEB, Nati Francés, who will give way to the presentation of the project Ferya (Familias en red y activas, Networking and active families), and subsequently to the presentation of good practices of the different AMIPAS.

The activity will resume on Saturday at 10 a.m., and the debate Participación en las AMIPA: preocupaciones y satisfacciones (Participation in the AMIPAS: concerns and satisfactions), coordinated by FAPA Mallorca, will be held at 12 p.m.

The Mayor of Calvià, Alfonso Rodríguez Badal, will close the conference at 1 p.m.

This meeting is aimed primarily at boards of directors, but is open to the participation of the entire educational community of Calvià.
