Great participation in the Day of trail running in Calvià. 800 participants, the maximum allowed in the event, divided into 2 races, K42 (400) and K21 (400). Runners gathered at the houses of the Es Galatzó public estate with the perfect conditions to enjoy of a great event.
The K42 race began with an ascent of almost 12 km to the top of the magic mountain of Galatzó, once was the summit crowned (1027 m), they began the assault of S'Esclop, 8 km alternating descent and ascent. Once the difficulty was overcome, there was one last mountain, Ses Planes (450 m). After completing the hilly circuit, the participants descended to Peguera through the stream of Galatzó, a very technical area where stretches of rock and mud coexist.
Finally, the runners faced a last and demanding challenge, overcoming the last 3 kilometres of the race that go through the areas of Santa Ponça and Peguera, a very demanding forest stretch with steep slopes and the bay of Peguera in the background. To finish, about 500 spectacular final metres through the Torà beach promenade to crown the finishers in a spectacular finish area located in Torà square, with the sea in the background.
As for the K21 race, participants also started from Es Galatzó estate but they did not have to deal with is Galatzó and S'Esclop, facing directly to Ses Planes to then descend to Peguera through the stream of Galatzó and the wooded area between Santa Ponça and Peguera.

In the K42 men's race, the triumph was for Pau Bartoló Roca of the Mountain Runners Berguedà (4:20:43) followed by Manuel Anguita Bayo of the C.D. Sohail La Senda (4:28:52) and Daniel Mayans Gondar of the Club Comando Sa Riera (4:57:18)
In the K42 women's race, the triumph was for Sofia García Bardoll (5:12:11) followed by Tina Fischl (5:18:14) and Laura Hulgaard Marie Jorgensen (5:41:41)
In the K21 men's race, the triumph was for Mario Olmedo Sancha of the BUFF Pro Team (1:30:00) followed by Pau Zamora Pérez (1:30:36) and Damià Ramis Pons of the Club Esportiu Garden Hotels (1:31:38)
In the K21 women's race, the triumph was for Isabel Calero Garau (1:44:52) followed by Amanda Martín Cebrián (1:47:26) and Silve Vargas Pulido (2:00:35)
The organization wants to highlight the collaboration of the more than 150 volunteers, civil defence, police, sponsors and other groups that made the event possible.
