The Mayor of Calvià, Alfonso Rodríguez Badal and the Vice President of the Institut Mallorquí d'Afers Socials (Majorcan Institute of Social Affairs), Javier de Juan, visited the Llar (Senior Citizens Home) of Calvià. During the tour, the Vice President of the IMAS has known firsthand the improvements that are being introduced and the centre's needs.

During the visit they were accompanied by the Deputy Mayor for Social Cohesion, Nati Francés; the Councillor for Social Welfare and Senior Citizens, Mayte Albertí; the Llar's manageress, Mª José Suasi; the insular director of Dependency, Regina Moll, and the head of the IMAS' Dependency Service, Mª Ángeles Fernández.
