Calvia Town Hall will invite all political groups with representation in the municipal seat, PP, PSOE and UM together as the Contracting bodies for the purchase of land to build houses and an indoor swimming pool in Santa Ponsa.

The first step is to choose a suitable plot of land from those proposed in the public tender for the construction of houses "Protecion official" . This operation will be financed from the money raised by the sale of municipal land which amounted to 9million euros. This money will be wholly destined to public housing.

The second step will be to raise a public tender to choose a suitable plot for the construction of a public swimming pool. This project will be funded by using the 27 million euros raised in the sale of another plot of municipal land . The money will also go towards other projects which includes the purchase of the Finca Galatzo.
