Great influx of people in the first Fira d'es Capdellà

The I Fira de Feines de Tardor d'es Capdellà was held this weekend, with a great influx of people, who could enjoy the exhibition of animals and the traditional market with agri-food products such as olives, oil, slaughter products, fritters and jams, as well as varied craftsmanship.
During the two days of the fair there were traditional dancing, musical performances with Al Mayurqa, nit jove (youth night), popular games, parades and giants and magic and children's songs with the Màgic Cloquell and Madò Pereta, and a Mostra de Cuines (Gastronomic Display) in the bars and restaurants of the village, as well as a hot chocolate gathering by the AMIPA of CEIP Galatzó, which was accompanied by a giant ensaimada.
The authorities visited the Fira and the mayor Alfonso Rodríguez Badal, the councillor of es Capdellà, Andreu Serra and the councillor of Commerce, Francisca Muñoz, presented the poster competition prize to the girl Aina Padilla Campoy, aged 9.
