THE GROUP MONO DE JADE IS PROCLAIMED WINNER OF THE MUSICALVIÀ 2017 COMPETITION AND WILL PERFORM AS SPECIAL GUEST IN THE CONCERT THAT ROBE WILL OFFER ON 16^th JULY

The second classified group, Sick Dreamz, will perform in Melendi's concert

The group Mono de Jade has been proclaimed winner of the second edition of the Musicalvià contest, after obtaining the majority of support from the popular vote. The group has chosen to perform as guest artists at the concert that Robe of Extremoduro will offer on 16^th July at El Molino fairgrounds in Santa Ponça.

The second classified is the group Sick Dreamz that will perform in Melendi's concert a day before, in the same stage.

 

The popular votes were held from 23rd to 30th May, after a qualified jury elected the finalists. The jury was composed of Michele McCain (singer), Sebas Corrandini Founder & Ania Kopecka (Alias Magement record label), and Miguel Vera (musicals' coordinator of Radio Mallorca-Cadena Ser).

In addition to the first two prizes, there are another two to be awarded on the day of Melendi's concert: the 'Calvianer' prize awarded to Yerroh & Nilo, which gets a € 1,000 purchase voucher for musical material, and the 'Lanzadera' prize which is for Brish, which will be given a 300 euro voucher.

Musicalvià, organised by the Youth Department of Calvià Town Hall, reaches its second edition this year.

Congratulations to the festival's winning group and the winners of the other two prizes; and thanks to all the groups and soloists for their interest, participation and dedication.
