THE CALVIÀ TOWN HALL DEMANDS THE EXPULSION OF THE TWO BRITISH TOURISTS WHO HAD BEATEN UP A A COMPATRIOT

It expresses its total rejection of these behaviours and hopes that this action will not go unpunished

The Calvià Town Hall absolutely regrets and rejects the behaviour of two individuals in a block of apartments in Magaluf, who had beaten up another young man and whose images have come to the public eye. The consistory expresses its total rejection and expects that the full weight of the law will fall upon them.

Mayor Alfonso Rodríguez Badal has contacted via telephone with the president of the Hotel Association of Palmanova-Magaluf, Sebastià Darder, to ask him to expel these two individuals from the establishment where they are staying- if they have not already been expelled - and that no other hotel in the area welcomes them. Petition that has been supported by the president of the hoteliers.

Last week, the Mayor convened hoteliers and entrepreneurs of nightlife venues in the areas of Punta Ballena and Ramon de Montcada, to ask for their collaboration and involvement to eradicate this type of tourism.

The Calvià Town Hall denounces and will continue denouncing this type of behaviours, towards which it will have zero tolerance.
