CALVIÀ TOWN HALL HAS BEGUN TO NOTIFY THE REMOVAL OF VESSELS OCCUPYING COASTAL OR BATHING AREAS WITHOUT AUTHORISATION
Calvià Town Hall, through the Coastal Service, has begun to notify the removal of vessels and other nautical elements located on the coastal area of the municipality without the competent body authorisation, to maintain beaches and public bathing places in the proper cleanliness, hygiene and healthiness conditions.
To do this, a yellow sticker will be placed on each nautical element in which it is explained that a period of 15 days is available to prove the existence of an enabling title of occupation of public domain, otherwise removal will take place.
Likewise, a period of 10 days is granted to present allegations and documents deemed appropriate.
If the vessel is not removed within the deadlines indicated, the vessel will be removed by this Administration.
