THE MOSTRA DE CUINES DE CALVIÀ IS BACK WITH THE PARTICIPATION OF 44 RESTAURANTS FROM THE MUNICIPALITY
A full menu at popular prices will be offered for four consecutive Fridays this April
A new edition of Mostra de Cuines de Calvià begins this Friday. The event will take place during four consecutive Fridays this April in different areas of the municipality.
The Mostra de Cuines de Calvià is an annual activity in which gastronomy made in Calvià is promoted and given prominence and visibility to the restaurants of the municipality. It takes place twice a year, in April and October, given its good acceptance. The event seeks to consolidate the start of the season by maintaining an activity that, in addition, allows tourism to discover the gastronomic offer that exists in the municipality. Also, as an added value, it gives the opportunity to the residents of the municipality to discover the cuisine they have in the municipality at very competitive prices.
In this edition, 44 establishments from the municipality are participating, offering a complete menu at popular prices (14, 16 or 18€). In addition to the main menu, several restaurants also offer alternative vegetarian or gluten-free menus. Some also have children's menus at 5€.
Although many of the participating establishments are already "veterans" of the Mostra from previous years, there are new additions to the event that will offer their best preparations and specialties to the clientele. Booking in advance is recommended.
-Fifteen restaurants from Palmanova, Magaluf and Sol de Mallorca participate on Friday 8th April
-Fourteen restaurants from Santa Ponça, Costa de la Calma and Son Bugadelles participate on Friday 15th April
-Ten restaurants from Peguera, Cala Fornells, Calvià, el Toro and Son Ferrer participate on Friday 22nd April
-Five restaurants from Cas Català, Illetes, Bendinat, Son Caliu and Portals Nous participate on Friday 29th April
