Calvià 2000 carries out the free collection of branches and pruning remains at home to all individuals who so wish. To do this, you can request the collection by completing this online form or by calling the telephone 971 69 92 02 from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. In addition, all residents of the municipality who prefer to do so, can take their pruning remains free of charge to the municipal 'deixalleria'.

Another option for anyone wishish to do so, is to take them directly to the Tirme composting of Ses Barraques, in Costa de la Calma. It is also free of charge and they accept both individuals and companies. Opening hours are from Monday to Thursday from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Friday from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. On Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays, the plant is closed.

Using this collection service avoids the saturation of the rejection rubbish bins, in addition to being able to reuse this fraction obtaining compost. Citizen collaboration is paramount to achieve the separation and recycling of the different waste products, avoiding their incineration.
