Biblioteques de Calvià (Calvià Libraries) organise a special day at Son Caliu Library to commemorate Comic Book Day on Saturday 22nd March from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The event will feature a programme of activities for comic book and graphic culture lovers.
The day will include a special exhibition from the library's comic library, a comic book workshop taught by illustrator Eva Barceló, an exhibition on the history of comics, and a badge workshop so that attendees can design their own creations.
In addition, both Univers del Còmic bookstore (with the sale of the latest comic book releases) and Ludicón boardgame store will participate in the day.
This celebration seeks to bring the world of comics closer to all Calvià residents, encourage reading and offer a meeting space for enthusiasts and the curious.
