The presentation emphasised the international reach of both projects, their ability to attract national and international audiences, and their strategic role within the municipality's tourism diversification model.

It is worth noting that Mallorca Live 2026 and Es Jardí Mallorca share a firm commitment to sustainability, coexistence, and respect for the environment, aligning themselves with initiatives such as ‘Magaluf for All’, promoted by Calvià Town Hall.

Mayor Juan Antonio Amengual stated: “We are proud to host the most important festival in the Balearic Islands. With Mallorca Live, Calvià is placing itself on the international cultural map, offering residents and visitors a unique experience with the best global talent.”

The event had with the participation of the Tourism Councillor, Jaume Bauzá, as well as Álvaro Martínez and Toni Codina, directors and partners of the promoter Isla & Co.

Mallorca Live 2026: the most international edition in its history

The ninth edition of the festival will take place on June 12 and 13 at the Mallorca Live venue. This mega-event evolves with a new two-day format, a grand Closing Party headlined by French DJ David Guetta on Sunday, June 14. The Mallorca Live 2026 programme has achieved record international sales, led by markets such as Germany, the United Kingdom, and France, with 50% of tickets sold for its Closing Party. The lineup includes artists such as Cypress Hill, The Prodigy, The Libertines, Aitana, Viva Suecia, Belén Aguilera, Dani Fernández, La Plazuela, León Benavente, Lia Kali, Rusowsky, Standstill, and Ultraligera, amongst others.

Mallorca Live has achieved a record-breaking number of international ticket sales in its ninth edition, confirming the growing demand from international audiences and reinforcing its position as one of the leading festivals in Southern Europe.

Since 2022, the presence of international attendees has steadily increased, reaching its highest level to date this year, with a strong representation from European markets (Germany, the United Kingdom, and France). This current sales situation highlights strong growth in international audiences in 2026, with a 10% increase over 2022 figures, positioning this record-breaking audience segment at 20%.

This increase complements the festival's commitment to its local audience, with whom it continues to strengthen the sense of belonging and local identity.

The economic, social, and sustainable model impact was evident in the last edition, Mallorca Live 2025, which brought together more than 60.000 attendees, generating an economic impact of over 15 million € and creating more than 2.100 jobs.

Es Jardí Mallorca: sustained growth and a commitment to international, national, and local artists

Alongside Mallorca Live 2026, the presentation at FITUR served to highlight Es Jardí Mallorca project, an initiative of the same promoter that, since its inception in 2023, has established itself as one of the most solid and recognisable summer music offerings on Calvià's cultural calendar.

In its latest edition, Es Jardí Mallorca attracted over 70.000 attendees with a programme that combined internationally renowned artists with leading figures on the national scene, focusing on carefully curated formats, controlled capacity, and a high-quality musical, gastronomic, and experiential offering.

Its stage has hosted internationally acclaimed and extensive artistic experience artists such as Marc Anthony, Alejandro Fernández, Carlos Vives, UB40, Kate Ryan, Ryan Paris, Double You, Bomba Estéreo, Trueno y Morcheeba, Blue, amongst others.

Es Jardí Mallorca has become a complementary and strategic project, expanding the municipality's cultural offering beyond the large-scale festival format, contributing to the destination's positioning, attracting a diverse cultural audience and reinforcing Magaluf's image as a musical destination during the summer season.

Calvià, a cultural destination with international reach

Mallorca Live 2026 and Es Jardí Mallorca have been presented at FITUR as two of the main cultural projects driving the internationalisation of Magaluf and Calvià within the strategy of Calvià Town Hall (ITS Funds) and the Fundación Calvià 365 to diversify the tourism model and consolidate a stable, high-quality cultural offering with a global reach.
