The 11th edition of Challenge Peguera Mallorca will be held on 18th October, and will be the largest in terms of registrations to date.
The race's main event, the middle-distance triathlon, was sold out with 1.100 entries, the maximum established by the organisers to maintain the quality standards that have allowed the event to be internationally recognised as one of the best middle-distance triathlons in Europe, both by participants and institutions.

In addition to the triathlon, three other parallel sporting activities—Junior Challenge, Challenge Women, and Junior Aquathlon—complete the programme. All three are at around 90% capacity, which will add more than 500 athletes to the event.
The celebration of Challenge Peguera Mallorca brings together a large number of international triathletes in Calvià, pursuing a dual objective: to close out the triathlon season with a final quality competition and to enjoy a few days of vacation in Mallorca.
More than a sporting event, a showcase of the island
Challenge Peguera Mallorca consists of a series of activities designed to highlight the destination, offering cultural, leisure, fun, and sporting alternatives to all attendees. Ball de Bot performances, Nit de foc, concerts, visits by professional triathletes to schools, and a local gastronomic showcase are some of the activities scheduled, so that participants, companions, tourists, and residents can fully enjoy the event.
The organisers estimate that more than three thousand people, including participants and companions, will be present during the week of the event. The economic impact associated with the event is expected to exceed €2.5 million this year.
More than 85% of international participants
Athletes of 37 different nationalities will participate in the event. Just over 85% of the athletes will be foreigners, with German and British participants being the two largest groups.
The race, 100% essence of Mallorca
Challenge Peguera Mallorca is a medium-distance triathlon that begins with a first 1.9 km swim in the central Torà Beach (Peguera).
Once the swim is complete, athletes enter the transition area, located just 150 metres from the beach, to face the 90 km of cycling on a technical and demanding circuit that covers some of the most beautiful places in Calvià, with natural landscapes at the foot of the Serra de Tramuntana, traditional villages, the coast, and tourist areas.
To finish, triathletes must complete a 21km run on a four-lap circuit that combines Peguera Boulevard with the beach promenade.

Challenge Peguera conveys the essence of competing in Mallorca:
- Open water swimming with an Australian-style circuit in a spectacular bay.
- Cycling on a two-lap course that connects the coast, inland, and the slopes of Calvià—constant ups and downs ideal for cycling enthusiasts.
- Running through the bustling centre of Peguera, between the promenades that connect the different beaches and the town's boulevard, in a lively and festive atmosphere.
A great cast of professionals
The organisation is working to meet the high demand for registrations from professional triathletes and, as in previous years, hopes to feature the best international specialists in the distance.
A community project
The involvement of the various public and private stakeholders that make up the event makes possible an organisation committed to the success of the event. Residents, more than 600 volunteers, security and prevention bodies, private companies, hotel associations, FETRI and FETRIB actively collaborate, guaranteeing an event of high sporting and organisational level.
