The gastronomic event La Mostra Calvià, in its autumn edition this year, will begin in mid-October and will run until 9th November. This new celebration of La Mostra, in which around fifty Calvià restaurants are participating, comes with several novelties.
On this occasion, La Mostra Calvià will extend the event for the first time until November. This change seeks to further deseasonalise tourist activity and lengthen the season, in line with the prolongation of activity and services on the main beaches of the municipality, which, for the first time, will extend until 30th November. La Mostra will be held in establishments across different areas of the municipality from 17th to 19th October, from 24th to 26th October, from 31st October to 2nd November, and from 7th to 9th November.
For this autumn edition, which features twelve new restaurants, the establishments have been able to create an open gastronomic proposal, both in format and price, as long as the price is a maximum of 30€. In addition, each restaurant will participate for two consecutive weekends.
La Mostra Calvià is a gastronomic event that takes place in restaurants across the municipality twice a year, before and after the summer season. The establishments participating in La Mostra offer different culinary proposals with their best specialties outside of the peak season to make themselves known, both to visitors to the municipality and to the local residents.
The Fundación Calvià 365 is the entity that organises the event in collaboration with the Calvià Town Hall. The objective of La Mostra Calvià is to highlight the quality gastronomic offerings produced in Calvià. It helps to revitalise the various areas of the municipality at the beginning and end of the tourist season, and to give greater visibility to the participating restaurants in the municipality.
