COUNCILLOR SPOKESPERSON FOR THE POPULAR PARTY 
He was born in Málaga on 26^th February 1970.
He is a professional in the banking sector.
Diploma in Business Studies from the University of the Balearic Islands.
In his professional career, he has been Manager of the Institut de Formació i Ocupació de Calvià IFOC (2011), Manager of IB3 (2012) and General Director of IB3 (2012-2014).
In the political area, from 1999 to 2004, he was Senator for Mallorca, and Councillor of the Popular Party in Calvià Town Hall (1999 - 2003). From 2003 to 2007, he was Deputy Mayor Delegate for General Services and Citizen Participation in Calvià Town Hall.
Other responsibilities to be highlighted: President of the NNGG of the Popular Party in the Balearic Islands; Secretary of the Consell de la Joventut de les Illes Balears; President of FORTA (Federation of Regional Radio and Television Organizations) and member of the School Council of the Balearic Islands.
