In accordance with the provisions of the Secretary of State for Telecommunications and the Information Society, under the Ministry of Industry, Energy and Tourism, in general terms the LSSI does not apply in the field of Public Administrations, since they do not have the nature of information society service providers defined in its annex. What is a cookie and what are they used for?
