The Citizen Attention Service includes face-to-face attention by specific areas. In order to manage the appointments for face-to-face attention, Calviá Town Hall has an appointment service.

We remind you that the City Council has made alternative channels available to citizens to carry out their formalities and that legal persons (entities/companies) are obliged to interact electronically with the administration (Law 39/2015, of 1 October, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations).

Please request an appointment on the first image. If you are unable to attend, please cancel your appointment so that someone else can take your place.

From December 1st, the language service will be interrupted until further notice.
Foreign-speaking residents must be accompanied by someone who can translate their in-person procedures.

If you have electronic means of identification, you can carry out all your procedures through the Sede Electrónica, a site to which the necessary services will gradually be added to prevent unnecessary trips to the citizens.
