The census certificate is an informative document that indicates the current residence and address of the citizen.
The service is free of charge and the document is valid for six months.
You can request your certificate telematically or in person.
- Telematically: You must be able to identify yourself electronically with permanent Cl@ve, electronic certificate or DNIe.
You can access the procedure here. In ten minutes you will receive the certificate in your notification mailbox at the Electronic Office of the Calvià Council.
In case of minors, the request must be made by general request.The identification with electronic certificate/DNIe by the parent registered with the minor is mandatory. - In person: Identifying correctly with original and valid document, the certificate will be issued at the moment.
The Personal Data Protection Act prevents us from providing personal information to third parties. Download the authorization that you will find at the bottom of the page to authorize another person to request your certificate.
Spanish: DNI, passport or driver's license.
European foreigners: passport or foreign identity card always accompanied by the European Union citizen registration certificate (green NIE).
Non-EU foreigners: passport or residence permit.
In the case of minors, only those parents who are registered at the same address as the minor may request certificates. Otherwise, an authorization of the registered parent, accompanied by his/her identity document, must be presented.
WHERE CAN YOU APPLY FOR YOUR CERTIFICATE OF CENSUS:
- At the Municipal Tourist Information Offices (OMITS).
- At the Calvià Town Hall, from 9 am to 2 pm.
- At the Municipal Service Center located in Palmanova from 9 am to 2 pm.
