The certificate of cohabitation or collective certificate is a document that certifies that all persons are registered at the same address.
The service is free of charge and must be current at the time it is presented as documentation attached to a procedure.
You can request your certificate online or in person.
- Telematically: You can apply for the certificate of cohabitation through the procedure ‘general application form’, identifying yourself with an electronic certificate/DNIe and providing the required authorisation of all the adult cohabitants, accompanied by all the identity documents.
- In person: By correctly identifying yourself with an original and valid identity document, the certificate will be issued on the spot. To do so, you must provide the authorisation of all the adult cohabitants accompanied by their identity documents (photo/photocopy).
Spanish: DNI, passport or driving licence.
European foreigners: passport or foreign identity card.
Non-EU foreigners: passport or residence permit.
WHERE YOU CAN APPLY FOR YOUR CERTIFICATE OF COHABITATION:
- At the Municipal Tourist Information Offices (OMITS).
- At the Calvià Town Hall from 9 am to 2 pm.
- At the Municipal Services Centre located in Palmanova from 9 am to 2 pm.
